Monthly Membership
Terms and conditions.

1. Membership Plans

Our monthly membership plan includes a set number of sauna passes, valid from the first payment date until the same calendar day of the following month. For example, if payment is made on March 6th, the passes will be valid until April 6th. Unused passes expire after the validity period and cannot be carried over. We provide a leisure wellness experience and do not provide medical advice.

2. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged monthly and must be paid upfront. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

3. Sauna Passes

Pass Validity: Sauna passes are valid from the first payment until the same day of the next month.

Usage: Only one pass can be used per person per session.

Non-transferable: Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the subscription.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made before the next billing cycle, and no charges will apply for the following month. No refunds are given for the current month once a pass has been used or after the start of a new billing cycle.

5. Usage Guidelines

All bookings can be done on www.foxglen.ie/booking. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking. You may also reschedule a session up to 12 hours before your start time, subject to availability. A no-show fee applies for missed sessions without notice.

6. Late, No-Show, or Missed Sessions

Late arrivals, no-shows, or missed bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable in line with our general Terms & Conditions. You must cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or multiple unattended reservations may result in temporary booking restrictions or suspension of membership.

7. Termination by Foxglen Outdoor Wellness

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if the user violates our terms or engages in misconduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Changes to Membership Plans

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership plans, with advance notice to subscribers.

9. Additional Terms and Conditions

By subscribing, you agree to comply with all sauna-related terms, found on our Terms & Conditions page. Please review for additional rules on health, safety, and booking.

10. Identification

You may be asked to present identification when checking in. If you cannot verify your identity, you may be denied access without refund.

Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. The most up-to-date version will always be available on foxglen.ie.
